Foot reflexology: Relaxing and helps us regain a sense of balance. Feet and lower legs are massaged, pressure points are worked and tight muscles soothed. (Did you know there are 33 joints in each foot?)

Facial reflexology (Bergman Method): Immediately calming Indian head massage techniques are followed by relaxing facial pressure points. Rejuventating face and neck massage styles including the more vigorous 'gua sha' sculpting techniques to leave you glowing.

Swedish massage: Classic, tailored massage treatment. Increases flexibility and range of movement as tired and taught muscles are soothed and invigorated. Many people report a reduction in pain.

Aromatherapy massage: Calm and unwind with a flowing and soothing full body massage: slower and more gentle than Swedish massage, this treatment uses carefully selected and blended oils to nourish the skin and soothe body and mind.

Holistic Facial: Deeply relaxing facial reflexology is combined with a cleanse, exfoliate and mask facial (using Neals Yard). Products are expertly applied to face and neck, then removed using invigorating hot towels. Serum is applied for gliding massage and Gua sha moves before a final moisturiser is applied.
